Logging InNavigate to the LIMS' web address provided to you by the lab and click on the Log in link
On the next page capture your username and password provide by the lab and press Log in

Lost password or user nameIf you cannot remember your password or username, click on Get help
|
On the next form, enter your username and press Reset your password. The LIMS will respond by sending you an email with a link to click and capture a new password. The link expires in 24 hours
If you have forgotten your username, request that by providing your email address in the right hand field and pressing Get your username. The LIMS will email it to you
