Batch List

Bika uses Sample Batching to group Samples together where this makes logical sense, to manage them to publication in context, sans the system noise generated by other analysts and managers. In manufacturing labs, Batches are often configured as Work Orders, Production Runs or Lots. For research labs, Batches as configured as Experiments or Projects

Samples Due list

Samples can be filtered by state, To be Sampled, Due, received, Assigned, To be Verified, Verified and Published. Depending on the Samples selected, corresponding action buttons are rendered at the bottom of the list, e.g Copy, Receive, Publish etc.

Worksheets list

Worksheets are collections of Analyses, not Samples, grouped together for the same lab bench, on the same instrument or by the same analyst. QC Samples are included for easy verification of routine Analyses in context

QC Sample are included with routine results to verify or retract them in context

Setup Options

Fully configurable, no need for programming Calculations etc.

COA Preview

Verified results are Published to send the corresponding COAs to the Client Recipients. It renders a preview first
