Reference Sample Expiry
Order new stocks before it is too late
The default warning period for new Reference Samples is configured in the Sampling tab in the Bika Setup, as the number of days before the sample's Expiry Date
The period may also be captured on the Reference Sample itself
Alerts
When the date for the alert arrives, the LIMS emails the lab managers with information about the expiry
An alert is displayed on Reference Sample lists
And on Reference Sample views
Report
At any time a report of upcoming References Samples expiring cab be run and used for re-ordering purposes
