Mail setup
New systems will complain that you need to set the Email server's From address without which email notification, password resets and ultimately COA deliveries will not work
Navigate to the Email settings as admin user from the system's Plone setup
Settings
The SMTP server and port for sending emails will default to localhost and 25. It is correct most of the times, if in doubt, consult with your systems administrator. They will also be able to say about the ESMTP information too that can generally be left empty
For the Site From name use a name that will make sense to the users receiving emails. Site From address has to be a valid email address. Be sure the E-mail characterset is set to utf-8
