Microorganisms

At installation of the Micro organism add-on, senaite.microorganism, a number of Organisms and their Categories are pre-installed

Navigate to Microorganism Categories and then Microorganism to populate them with those you'll be testing for

From the Serup:

You may capture the organism's Gram stain value and shape from the values installed with the addon

Indicate whether the organism is included in the Global Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance System (GLASS), and whether it is considered multi resistant, an MRO, and to which MRO phenotype it belongs

The configured Microorganisms can now be used in Antibiotic Resistance Testing Panels and Breakpoint Tables
