Installation

Please install senaite.abx to make use of Antibiotics

Upon Installation a default set of Antibiotics, their abbreviations and categories are installed which can be modified in the LIMS setup

Using Antibiotics

The List of Antibiotics is used in Antibiotic Sensitivity Testing (AST) where microorganisms are exposed to them to test their resistance to drug treatment

To include associated other antibiotics in views and in reports too, add them in the 'Extrapolation' selection box
