The Biggest Threat to LIMS Implementation Projects

As LIMS implementers, we can manage most project risks. Even so, implementations still stall, and for one main reason: the lab does not have enough user capacity to master a relatively complex system running an ISO/IEC 17025-regulated workflow

Unclear and changing requirements are the first risk we close down, with a functional specification to establish a common understanding in layman language of how the LIMS must meet the lab’s requirements
